How connected mailboxes are used
- •Mail is used to provide the email client and the team collaboration features of your company's workspace: syncing, displaying, sending and organising messages, and linking them to quotes and shipments.
- •Your own mailbox is private to you. Emails you link to a quote or shipment become visible to colleagues according to your company's permission settings, department restrictions and sensitivity controls — your company decides who sees what.
- •AI features are optional and enabled per mailbox by your company. When on, new inbox messages are screened by our AI provider to detect freight inquiries and to classify message sensitivity; only the content needed for that result is sent, and it is never used to train AI models.
- •Mailbox data is never used for advertising, never sold, and never combined with other sources to build profiles.
- •Access is granted by each user through their provider's own sign-in, and can be revoked at any time in the app or in the provider's security settings.
